Custom Order Terms & Conditions


Please read these Terms carefully before contracting our services. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all Terms, then you forfeit access to any of our services.


Services and Product Descriptions

While we try to be as clear as possible in explaining our services and products, we do not guarantee the description is entirely accurate, current, or error-free. As a small service-based business, we evaluate our business model as needed and may correct errors in pricing and descriptions. We reserve the right to discontinue any services or products at any time for any reason. All services and products are subject to availability and prices are subject to change without notice.


Social Sharing


As a small business, we leverage social media to market our products and services. We take pride in our creativity and fall in love with everything we create. We reserve the right to share content that features items produced as a result of our innovation without notice. We will continue to be mindful of sensitive information, the date of the event, etc.


Promotion and Marketing

We love when our clients offer us feedback and will always welcome it. If you choose to provide a testimonial, the testimonial along with a photo of your item(s) may be published on our website, social media, or otherwise without notice. No payments, additional services, or general incentives will be provided in return for testimonials.


Payments

All payments are to be made electronically via invoice. Invoices are valid for 48 hours from the date sent and must be paid in full to confirm your order. Unpaid invoices exceeding 48 hours are automatically canceled. If you need more time, let us know. We can always re-issue an invoice when you’re ready to confirm your order however, pricing and production times are not guaranteed.


Production and Shipping

All custom orders require a minimum of two weeks lead time however, production windows may vary depending on workload, materials required to fulfill the project, complexity, and more. Lead times do not include shipping and cannot be guaranteed until an invoice is satisfied. Unconfirmed orders needed within less than two weeks will automatically incur a 20% rush fee. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping once picked up by our courier.


Refunds/Returns

All sales are final. If your item is faulty or damaged upon receipt, you must contact us at hello@thecutcollectivephl.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, name, shipping address, and scope of the damage. A member of The Cut Collective team will arrange a replacement of your item(s) however, replacements are not guaranteed. All replacements are subject to standard production and shipping times. Refunds nor replacements will be given if the damage is a result of misuse, neglect, or reported beyond 24 hours of receipt.


Customization Modifications

We accept changes to product customizations up to 24 hours after an invoice is satisfied and your order is confirmed. Any customizations requested after 24 hours will be treated as a new order and will be subject to standard pricing.
