CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Please handle your product with care. When washing your new item(s), use hot soapy water (on both sides to avoid warping) and dry thoroughly. Leaving your board wet will encourage splitting. To remove stains and smells, sprinkle with salt and rub with a cut lemon. Regularly treating your cutting board with mineral oil will help it last longer. Wipe excess oil off before storing.
